Because most of our products are handmade, custom-designed, or printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.
