Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order or custom items, processing may take up to 7–10 business days depending on complexity.
 

Shipping Providers
We primarily ship via USPS, but larger or expedited orders may use UPS or FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs delays)

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
